NamWater aims for full cost recovery while keeping water affordable. Tariffs are reviewed and approved annually.
Bulk tariffs for 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, excluding VAT. Contact your area office for the tariff that applies to your scheme.

Who does NamWater supply?
NamWater supplies water in bulk to municipalities, local authorities, industries, mines, government institutions and the Directorate of Water Supply and Sanitation. Households in towns are usually billed by their municipality.
How do I report a burst pipe or interruption?

Can I have my water tested?
Yes. The NamWater Laboratory in Windhoek does water quality analysis on request. See Water Quality Services.
